I’m Maria wells and I want to let you know a little bit more about this unique community because it has so much to offer. These townhomes provide lots of flexibility for living space and some homes will have a view of the preserve or some will have a view of the lake. There is a lot of biking and walking in this very secure gated community.

Featuring 84 townhomes, the Tranquility community was built between 2005 and 2006. The construction is CBS with stucco and flat tile roofs. The square footage varies from about 1700 to 2400 square feet and the configuration is either three to four bedrooms or three bedrooms with a den and they all come with three baths and one car garage.

The private interior elevator provides the luxury of carrying items from floor to floor or the convenience of not walking up and down the stairs. All units have full impact windows providing energy efficiency noise reduction and storm protection. Generally, these features ensure carefree living with this enhancement to every single townhome.

Here is a townhome interior to understand what they are really like. Some units have carpeting others have tile or wood floors and the layout of these homes work really well for working from home offering lots of privacy and solitude. Depending on how you make the bedrooms or den work for you, you can sit out on the balcony and watch the birds and the butterflies if you’re on the preserve on the lake just listen and watch the peaceful water flow away.

Location + things to do Near Hobe Sound

The location of Tranquility is superior for so many reasons, for commuters you’re close to i-95 with about a 30-minute drive to Palm Beach International Airport. For fun activities, in Palm Beach, you have fabulous shopping at the Palm Beach Gardens Mall or concerts at the Kravis Center. You are also a short drive of two hours North to Orlando making it easy to have a day trip for all the fun things that the city has to offer well. Tranquility is just a few miles from the delightful seaside town of Hobe Sound located in Martin County it has great little boutique shops and family-owned restaurants. The beautiful Hobe Sound beach is close by and one of the finest on the east coast of Florida. This is where the sea turtles will come to lay their eggs during this certain season. Should you be lucky enough to be here during that turtle nesting season you can have the honor of watching those little guys enter the ocean for the very first time. Then just around the corner, we have Jonathan Dickinson State Park which won the certificate of excellence from Trip Advisor in 2013. This State Park features 17 square miles to enjoy biking, hiking, motorboats, canoeing, fishing, riding a horse, camping, and so much more. It is nature at its very best!
