Location

The Falls of Jensen Beach is situated in Jensen Beach, Florida, off Jensen Beach Boulevard. It is in the heart of the town, which is known for its old-fashioned downtown and small-town feel. Jensen Beach is a great little town that’s getting bigger by the day, with its many attractions and amenities.

Now, let’s take a ride to the community, and you’ll see the location and the surrounding areas. We start the journey from the speaker’s office, which is right off Jensen Beach Boulevard, and head west to The Falls of Jensen Beach. We pass little shops or strip shopping centers and places great places to dine.

As we keep going, we see the Savannah State Park, where you can enjoy outdoor activities and have fun with family and friends. Along the way, we see a control burn, which is always interesting to see because we’ve had a very dry winter to make sure that we don’t have any issues with fires.

When we get down here, we see that we’re actually going to enter like we’re going into the Treasure Coast Mall. Because this property is so close that you go through, you get to the development. We take a quick right-hand cheer and a little side street to get there. Once we get there, we have to pass the gate with a security code to enter the development.

Finally, we are in The Falls of Jensen Beach, and it’s got a nice green entrance. There are sidewalks on the other side of the street that you’ll see throughout the entire development.

Homes at The Falls of Jensen Beach

The homes in The Falls of Jensen Beach were built between 2012 and 2015. There are some homes that back up to one of the small lakes or possibly the preserve, and they were all built with strong CBS construction. They’re appointed with impact glass windows and doors throughout the entire home, which provides great insulation, quietness, and protection from hurricanes.

The homes have clay tile roofs for that inviting Mediterranean look. The square footage ranges from about 2500 square feet to just under 4000 square feet. The homes can be either three, four, or five bedrooms plus possibly a den or office depending on the home’s configuration. There are many homes that are two-car garages, however, there are just as many or even more with three-car garages to offer you space for an additional car or storage that we need many times in Florida.

Most of the homes will have a pool or possibly a spa. The design inside consists of volume ceilings, which give a grand and elegant feeling. The floor plans are open, so you can have a great view of the entire house from different angles. The kitchen and living area are connected, which is perfect for entertaining guests. The living room is spacious, and the windows let in a lot of natural light.
