A short 10-minute drive leads to Historic Downtown Stuart, followed by a 15-minute drive to beautiful beaches and the town of Jensen Beach. Palm City’s strategic location near I-95 and the Florida turnpike makes it a convenient 30-minute commute to Palm Beach International Airport and all the entertainment options of Palm Beach. Built with poured concrete construction and barrel tile roofs, the villas ensure soundproofing and efficient air conditioning. Most homes have a pool or a screened patio, many of which have been expanded for an enhanced tropical living experience.

Parkside: A Closer Look

Hidden off the main road and surrounded by lush landscaping, Parkside offers 60 villas built between 1996 and 1997. The open floor plan includes a living room, large eating area, kitchen bar island, and family room. The homes range from the mid $400s to the low $500,000s. The homeowners’ association fee is $347/month, covering rich landscaping maintenance, cable, and other common expenses. Two pets are allowed per home, and villas can be rented after one year of ownership.

Cypress Lakes: What to Expect

Cypress Lakes boasts 90 villas built in 1995, offering the same amenities as Parkside. The average price range as of June 2023 is in the mid $400s. The HOA fee is lower at $290/month due to less landscaping. This fee covers the maintenance of common areas, villa lawn maintenance, cable, and management. Two pets are also allowed here. However, some homes in Cypress Lakes have Polybutylene pipes, which may need to be replaced over time due to reactions with chemicals in public water supplies.
