Florida condo and townhouse inventory is falling, months of supply has dropped, prices are holding up, and properties are going under contract a little faster. Here on the Treasure Coast, the numbers in Martin County, Palm Beach County and St. Lucie County are also beginning to tell a different story.
But does that mean the Florida condo market is suddenly booming again? Not quite.
