More seasonal residents and buyers may arrive on the Treasure Coast, but more sellers may also decide it’s time to list. I’ll explain why the first few weeks on the market matter, why “we can always reduce the price later” can be an expensive strategy, how to use showing feedback without overreacting to every comment, and why preparing a home for sale does NOT necessarily mean spending thousands of dollars remodeling it.
