The weather in Stuart, FL
And of course our weather, now in the summer, it’s a little hot. Most days in the summer is a bad hairday for women, however in the winter, when everybody is putting on sweaters and coats, which would be about the end of October through probably middle of May, the weather is gorgeous here. It’s usually around in the mid-seventies. Sometimes we might even get some of those cool nights where you can turn on a fireplace if you happen to have one of those. We have a lot of months of great weather even though it is pretty hot in the summer where the best thing to do is either stay in the air conditioning or go to the beach.
The housing market in Stuart, FL
In our housing market you can start from about $170,000 for a condo in the 55 and over communites and then they go up from there. If you want a single family home, you’re most likely looking at $450,000 and higher.
If you would like a home on the water, that comes with a few other questions and prices really vary. Some of the questions would be; do you have a small craft, a large yacht, need to have no fixed bridges for easy access to the Ocean or, maybe you are looking for just a view. There is something for everyone once your requests are narrowed down.
